Exchanges & Returns Policy: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or withdrawn. At the time of dispatch, the item will be as specified or identified. If, within ten (10) days from the date of delivery, it becomes apparent that the item delivered is not as specified or identified, you must notify New Vision immediately. New Vision will then, at its option, rectify the defect by either repairing the defective part or by sending a replacement item. In case of a claim of defect or damage, a photograph of the damaged item must be sent to New Vision. If the item is in fact defective, New Vision will decide, at its discretion, whether to repair or restore the product or to replace it with a new one.
